UNIVERSAL SUBSTRATE TEST FIXTURE (DC-40 GHz)
The ICM Adjustable Universal Substrate Test Fixture series (WK-7000) provides a highly flexible test platform for microstrip substrates. Two RF or four RF connections available.
Both RF-launches can be adjusted in Y and Z-axis to accommodate DUTs with offsets and varying substrate thickness.
These fixtures can be upgraded to higher frequency ranges with interchangeable transition assemblies. De-embedding can be accomplished easily with available TRL / LRM Calibration Standards. Full temperature range versions are also available as well as many different accessories for DC-bias (single or multiple probes). RF-launches are repairable on site.
