Press Style – Surface Mount Capacitor & Inductor Testing
Surface Mount chip Capacitors, Inductors, or Resistors can be easily measured in SERIES-THRU, SHUNT THRU, or SHUNT TO GROUND configurations. This test system accomodates componenet sizes from 0201 to 1206. ICM “Dura” contacts are incorporated to give your hardware a very long fixture life. De-embedding with the appropriate Calibration standards is available.
Series-Thru
- DC-26.5 Ghz Frequency Range
- DUT is in Series with a 50 ohm line
- Reference planes set at the terminals of DUT with TRL Calibration
- APC-7, APC-3.5 and Super Sma
- Using supplied spacers enables the fixture to measure all popular device sizes
- DUT guides included for all sizes
- Precision guided dielectric pusher
- Changeover tools included
Shunt-Thru
- DUT is between a 50 ohm line and ground
- Reference planes set at terminal of DUT with TRL Calibration
- DC-18 or 26.5 Ghz Frequesncy range
- APC-7, APC-3.5 and Super Sma
- Using supplied spacers enables the fixture to measure all popular device sizes
- DUT guides included for all sizes
- DURA contacts for long life
- Precision guided dielectric pusher
- Changeover tools included
